This is the quintessential burger “ joint” from the 50’, 60’s & 70’s, right down to the leather booths and large glass windows. It even has the required parking lot out back, drive-up window along the side and outside seating. There is an open grill/cooking area that faces the front and can be filmed from several sides. The owner is film friendly & willing to close down; there is ample truck parking.

If you’re looking for any type of auto repair/ mechanics shop this is it. The 3 large bays are equipped with lifts so that you can hoist those cars up as high as the director wants. The enclosed waiting room, adjacent to the bay area, is large enough for filming and has a counter area as well as an office. This shop also has a parking lot out front and is located on a large corner lot. This is also a great place to buy your tires and get your brakes done.

This luxurious Mediterranean apartment complex is now available and encouraging filming. If you need to cheat a mega European mansion or very upscale hotel this is the ideal location. The lush pool area, the garden with fountains and beautifully landscaped sitting areas all provide an upscale continental feel. The valet drive up leads to the lobby through design etched glass doors; the front entrance also leads to the lobby and main elevator. There are 2 concierge desks. There are a variety of apartments available to cheat hotel rooms or suites or even apartments. Off the pool area there is a community room complete with a kitchen that can be turned into a poolside restaurant/café. This complex also contains a park with putting green, children’s play area, walking track and barbeques.

This mint condition Eichler home is now available for filming. Unlike many other Eichlers that you have scouted this one is large enough for filming and located on a generous size corner lot.
